In an era defined by technological disruption and relentless noise, the most powerful signal remains the human spirit. At Convening APAC 2026, SIGNAL, join Natalie Dau—Guinness World Record Holder, endurance athlete, and content producer—as she reveals how to cut through the static and lead with unwavering clarity.
Natalie Dau is an internationally recognised endurance athlete and Guinness World Record holder who inspires audiences with her extraordinary achievements and practical strategies for resilience and performance.
She is the founder of “Project 1000”, a groundbreaking initiative where she completed a 1,000km solo run across the Philippines, running two marathons a day for 12 consecutive days to raise funds for underserved youth. In 2024, she ran another 1,000km from Thailand to Singapore, earning her a Guinness World Record and cementing her reputation as one of the world’s most determined athletes. Natalie has also won all 13 ultramarathon races she has entered.
Drawing insights from her monumental “Project 1000” journeys, Natalie demonstrates that mastering change isn’t about avoiding the unknown, but embracing risk as a catalyst for high performance. She challenges leaders to build a platform, not a pedestal—shifting the focus from individual glory to collective growth. Most importantly, she explores how vulnerability acts as the ultimate strategy for human connection, turning a simple mission into a movement that lasts.
